These are a few examples of my longer form, promotional work. Some of this was tightly boarded, while other projects shot more loosely for a spontaneous/found feel.
Just the first 60 seconds of a recent project. I liked some of the raw moments I was able to capture. Combine these gridiron moments with a head coach who dispenses some serious wisdom… and it just had a nice ring to it.
Shot in a very HOT Arizona, with tight boards, but in a loose, "found the shot" feel. Lower budget.
This piece was to expose the thoughts and emotions as each runner prepares in their unique way. Scrappy crew. Low budget.
Short promotional encouraging adoption. I went for a visual look of bright color to yield a childlikeness and embellished the client’s script with a number of wild lines to bring stronger content emphasis. Parallel cutting is king on this piece.
Book promo using the forest as a metaphor. Shot loose and open.
I wanted the audience to feel the athlete's pain, along with a sense of lift and power towards the conclusion. Low budget.
